Pet Policy

We allow a maximum of 2 cats and dogs (large breeds welcome!)s per household. Please note: No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home. There will be a $300 one-time non refundable fee (for pets under 50 lbs. fully grown) or a $400 one-time non refundable fee (for pets over 50 lbs. fully grown). An additional $100 one-time non refundable fee is required for a second pet. All one-time pet fees are due within 24 hours of the lease being approved. Monthly Pet Rent is $15 per pet. No aggressive breeds will be allowed.
