Pet Policy

Pet deposit: $150 for cats and/or dogs below 50 lbs and $200 deposit for cats and/or dogs 50 lbs and above. The non-refundable pet fees are $200 and $300 depending on size. Maximum of two pets per apartment please. Unfortunately, exotic animals, reptiles or rodents are not permitted. Pets must be spayed or neutered and have proof of current vaccinations. Veterinarian certificate is required prior to application approval. A current photo of pet is required at the time of move-in.
