Pet Policy

Maximum of 2 pets per home. Additional rent per month: $20. There is also a one-time fee of $300 for the first pet and a fee of $200 for the second. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. We're located at 1627 Country Lakes Drive, and we're next to Country Lakes Golf Course and just 3 miles north of Fox Valley Mall. From I-355, merge onto I-88 West toward Aurora. Take the Route 59 exit and turn left (south) on Route 59. Turn right (west) on West Diehl Road (a Mobil gas station is on the corner) and make your first left on Country Lakes Drive.
