However, there are a few breeds we are unable to accept: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrids. Two pets maximum per apartment. Non-refundable fee for first pet is $300; fee for second pet is $100. Plus $45/month per dog; $25/month per cat.
