Maximum of 2 pets per home. Additional rent per month for: cats $25; dogs $45. Non-refundable fee for first pet is $300, while the fee for the second is $100. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

We're located next to Country Lakes Golf Club at 1598 Fairway Drive. From Chicago, take I-88 West to 59 South to Diehl Road (there is a Mobil Gas Station on corner). Turn left (south) onto Country Club Boulevard, then turn left on Fairway Drive. The Leasing Office is ahead. From Route 59, head west on Diehl Road (there is a Mobil Gas Station on corner).
