Pet Policy

We are Pet Friendly! Two pets maximum per apartment home plus 40lbs total weight limitation. Non-refundable pet fee is $300 for first pet, $100 for second pet; plus $25/month for cat, $30/month for dogs. We do have a few breed restrictions: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario,Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

Directions

From I-88, exit on Rte 59. Go south on Rte 59 to North Aurora Avenue (the stop lite before Metra bridge). Turn left on North Aurora Avenue; then left on Tudor (first stop lite). Continue on Tudor to Gowdey Road. Turn left on Gowdey Road to our entrance on your left side. From Rte 34 (Ogden Avenue) or 75th Street: Go to Rte 59, and continue north to Gowdey Road (which is small road on right side, right after North Aurora Avenue-between Oberweis Dairy and bank). Turn right on Gowdey to the second entrance into Brookdale Lakes (watch for our flags) and then turn right to the Leasing Center. Please call if we can assist with customized directions.
