Additional rent per month for: $20 per pet. There is a nonrefundable pet deposit of $150 per pet. There is also a $150 pet fee per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per home, with a maximum combined weight of 40 pounds. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid
