Pet Policy

Elm Creek is pet-friendly,with an on-site,fenced in dog play park. We accept two pets per home. There is a non-refundable fee of $300 for one dog or cat; $100 for a second dog or cat. There is a monthly fee of $30 per dog up to 40 pounds, $40 per dog 40 pounds and over and $25 per cat. We do not accept certain breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd,Husky,Pit Bull,Presa Canario,Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. Dogs welcome in specified locations.
