Maximum of 2 pets per home. Fee is per pet. Dogs allowed in units beginning with number "3". Pet rent is $30/mo for dogs less than 40lbs, $40/mo for dogs over 40lbs. Extra large dogs must be on the first floor. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

Elm Creek has luxury apartments for rent in Elmhurst, Illinois, just west of downtown Chicago. From Chicago, take I-290 West to 38 West (Roosevelt Rd). Take the Butterfield exit and turn right at the stop sign. Turn onto the Frontage Road, then take the next left turn, which is Atrium Way (Elm Creek Drive). Follow the Elm Creek signs. From Route 83, take the exit for Route 56 (Butterfield Rd) east. Continue for 1/2 mile, then turn right on Commonwealth Lane. Follow the curve in the road, then turn left on Atrium Way (Elm Creek Drive). Follow the Elm Creek signs. From the West suburbs, take I-88 east to Midwest Road. Turn right (north) on Midwest Road. At the second stoplight, turn right onto Butterfield Road. After you pass Roosevelt Road, turn right on Commonwealth Lane. Follow the curve in the road, then turn left on Atrium Way (Elm Creek Drive). Follow the Elm Creek signs.
