Dogs are welcome in our 2 bedroom townhomes only. Our pet-friendly townhomes welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid

100 Forest Place has apartments and townhomes for rent in Oak Park, Illinois, west of downtown Chicago. Our Leasing Center is located at the corner of Forest Avenue and Lake Street, across from the Original Pancake House. To reach the Leasing Center, pull off to the side in the circle driveway, put on your flashers, then enter the lobby of the building and dial 100. From Chicago, take I-290 West to the Harlem Avenue exit. Head north (right) on Harlem Ave for about a mile until you reach Lake St . Head east (right) on Lake St. Go two blocks and our entrance is to the right, just past the Forest Ave light. From I-294, merge onto I-290 toward Chicago. Take the Harlem Avenue exit, then head north (left) on Harlem Avenue. Follow Harlem Avenue for about 1 mile until you reach Ontario Street. Head east (right) on Ontario Street, then turn right on Forest Avenue. Our building is in front of you as you come to the Lake Street stoplight.
