Pet Policy

Maximum of 2 pets per home. Dog weight limit is 70 lbs. The one-time pet fee is $300. Dog rent is $30-$40 depending on weight. Cat Rent is $25 a month. Our pet friendly community can accommodate dogs up to 70 lbs on the 1st floor and dogs up to 20 lbs on all other floors. Because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

The Lakeside has apartments for rent in Lisle, Illinois, just west of downtown Chicago. Our community is located at 4800 Lake Trail Drive, which is right off of Route 34 (Ogden Avenue) and near the Naperville Road exit on I-88. We're just 2 blocks west of Lisle's Harley-Davidson dealership, and we're directly across from Chinn's 34th Street Fishery. From I-355, take the Ogden Ave/US-34 exit. Turn right on Fender Avenue, then turn right on Lake Trail Drive. From Butterfield Rd/IL-56 W, turn left onto IL-53 S. Take the US-34 W ramp. Turn right on Fender Avenue, then turn right on Lake Trail Drive. Turn left to stay on Lake Trail Drive. From I-88 eastbound, take the Naperville Road exit. Turn right on Naperville Road, then turn left on Ridgeland Avenue. Turn right on Fender Avenue, turn left on Lake Trail Drive, then turn left to stay on Lake Trail Drive.
