Pet Policy

Maximum of 2 pets per home. Dog weight limit is 70 lbs. Additional rent for pets is $30 per month. The one-time pet fee is $300. Monthly Per Pet Rent and One Time non-refundable per pet fee applies for both cats and/or dogs. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

Directions

Yorktown has apartments for rent in Lombard, Illinois, west of downtown Chicago. Our community is located at 2233 South Highland Avenue, just north of Yorktown Mall. From I-355 southbound, take the Route 56 exit (Butterfield Road) and take the ramp toward Oak Brook. Take the Highland Avenue ramp (keep left) and merge onto Highland Avenue. From I-355 northbound , merge onto I-88 E toward Chicago, then take the Highland Avenue exit. Take the ramp toward the Chiropractic College, then turn left on Highland Avenue/Route 9 North and follow Highland Avenue. From I-88 westbound, take the Highland Avenue exit (keep right). Follow signs for the Chiropractic College and turn right on Highland Avenue. From I-88 eastbound, take the Highland Avenue exit. Make a slight left to take the ramp toward the Chiropractic College. Turn left on Highland Avenue/Route 9 N and follow Highland Avenue.
