Pet Policy

Maximum of 2 pets per home. Dog weight limit upto 80 lbs. Additional rent per month for: cats $20; dogs $30 per pet. The one-time pet fee is $300 for one pet and $450 for two pets. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid

Directions

Brook Run has townhomes and apartments for rent in Arlington Heights, Illinois, northwest of downtown Chicago. From Route 53, head north, then take the exit for Rand Road South. Turn right on West Rand Road. At the first stoplight, turn left (east) on Hintz Road. Once you get to Buffalo Grove Road turn left ,you'll see Brook Run and the Brook Run sign on your right . From Chicago, take I-90 West/I-94 to exit 43B (O'Hare/Rockford). Merge onto I-294 North and take the Willow Road exit toward Wheeling/Prospect Heights. Merge onto Willow Road, which becomes Palatine Road Express Lane. After about 4 miles, turn right on Windsor Drive. Pass Lake Arlington Park on the right go past Hintz road, Windsor becomes Buffalo Grove Road. You'll see Brook Run and the Brook Run Apartments sign on the right side of Buffalo Grove Road.
