We recognize pets are part of the family; 2 pets per apartment home are welcome. We accept cats & dogs up to 50 lbs. Dogs: $500 pet deposit + $50 monthly pet rent (20lb or less) or + $75 monthly pet rent (21lb or more). Cats: $500 security deposit + $50 monthly pet rent. We are pet friendly however; we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, & Wolf Hybrid.
