We accept up to 3 pets per apartment home with no weight restrictions on th first floor. Second and third floor homes we accept 3 pets weighing a total of 40 pounds or less. We require the purchase of two SureDeposit Bonds ($175.00), a $100.00 non-refundable pet fee and $100.00 deposit that is refundable at move-out dependent on inspection.
