Pet Policy

Maximum of 2 pets per home. The one-time pet fee is $350. Fee is per pet. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

Directions

The Fairway has apartments for rent in Plano, Texas. From I-75/Central Expressway, take the 15th Street exit and head west on 15th Street. You'll pass Collin Creek Mall on the left. Turn right (north) on Coit Road (you'll see the Medical Center of Plano on the right). At the stoplight for American Drive, turn left into the Fairway (there will be a movie theater on the right).From the George Bush Turnpike (190 toll road), take the Coit Road exit and head north. You'll immediately pass WalMart, Sam's Club and Steak and Shake on the left. On the right will be Central Market, Cafe Brazil and several banks and restaurants. Continue on Coit Road and pass the Medical Center of Plano at 15th Street. At the stoplight for American Drive, turn left into the Fairway (there will be a movie theater on the right).
