We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We have a $250 nonrefundable fee for each pet. We are waiving our $20 pet rent. We are pet friendly, there is no weight limit however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita , American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.

1)From N Dallas/US 75 (Central Expressway)-Traveling south on 75 exit Royal Lane. Continue on the service road passing Royal Lane. Turn right (west) on Stone Canyon Road. Stone Canyon is a small street only one block south of Royal Lane. On your right you will see beautiful homes and we are on the left side about 1/2 mile down Stone Canyon Road. Look for the pinkish siding and the burgundy awning that reads "The Pointe at Stone Canyon". The leasing office is located in the middle of the community, just follow the signs. 2) From Downtown/US 75 (Central Expressway)-Traveling north on 75 exit Royal Lane.
