Pet Policy

Maximum of 2 pets per home. The one-time pet fee is $350. Both cats and dogs are welcome at Hunt Club. No pet rent at this time. Our one-time non-refundable pet fee is per apartment. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid

Directions

1) From US-183: If traveling North on US-183 take MoPac North. Continue on MoPac to the Shcoefield exit. Exit Schoefield and stay on the service road passing Opal Devines Restaurant, McDonalds and a Shell gas station. Turn right onto Shoreline Drive. Hunt Club will be on your right, just across the street from the Municipal Bldg & Fire Station at the corner of Bratton. 1) From Interstate 35: Exit Grande Avenue Parkway, go West, you will see McDonald's. At stop sign (Bratton) turn left (south), at second stop sign turn right (east) onto Shoreline, there is a recreation center on the right side. We are on the left-hand corner. 2) From the new Toll Road/45, take the Shoreline exit traveling east, we are the second community on the right. Follow the signs to our leasing office where we will be waiting to welcome you.
