I just want to compliment one the best apartment Customer Service Reps I have spoken with since I have apartment hunting for a while.. The young lady I spoke to was very kind , knowledgeable, and patient. I had a lot of questions and she answered every question I asked. This young lady deserves the five stars due to her kind spirit

I have been a resident since 2019. The first year my heat went out. Instead of fixing the heat they put in two space heaters. Over the past years the roaches have gotten so bad that they are coming out of my plugs. My ac died at the end of this past summer and I have no hopes of them ever fixing it. I would be wary of this complex, especially if you live in a unit that has not been renovated yet. I have had a broken kitchen drawer for a few months and even that is not getting fixed. My counters... are disintegrating and falling apart. I am sure the renovated apartments are better. But the older units need a lot of attention but I think they may be ignored. Read More

This apartment complex is so infested with roaches it doesn't matter how clean you are. They are everywhere. I can't even sit to eat without one crawling across the table. Half of the apartments are literally falling apart. When I moved in all the white appliances were painted white to hide the yellowing of uncleanness over the years. My kitchen counter and cabinets are literally disintegrating because of the bug infestation. This place is absolutely disgusting and gross.
