I do agree that in the past merrick place has gone down the drain. The new management is working hard on fixing up what the last management had not. We just transfered from one apartment to another in the same community and they have already fixed everything that has needed to be fixed. I just wish something could be done about th
There is nothing special about this place. Good location for shopping and food. The management changes about every 6 months or so. But it is always the same old thing. Old apartments that need renovating and ownership that doesn't want to spend the money to keep them up. Maintenance does the best they can with what they are given. Ev
