Died and gone to technology Heaven

I wanted to run my hobby business from home, so I needed a building with good internet/phone service. Really lucked out when I found this place. They built it for people like me. Awesome T-1 access by a local vendor who's really flexible. I'm getting uninterrupted 1.2 Mb when I need it. The also offer a business-grade phone switch.

Sound-proof walls, helpful but stupid management

Can hear through the doors and can hear the person above you stomping around, but the apartment walls are essentially sound-proof, which is nice and is an amenity I've never found before.
