Pet Policy

Two pets, per apartment is allowed. 35lbs full grown maximum weight limit per pet. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 and a refundable pet deposit of $150 is required. A monthly pet rent of $20 per pet will be assessed. Breed restrictions include: Akita, Chow, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and St. Bernard.
