Additional $100 (one-time non refundable fee) for a second pet. All one-time pet fees are due within 24 hours of the lease being approved. Monthly Pet Rent is $10 per unit. No aggressive breeds will be allowed (includes pitbulls, doberman pinchers, german shepards, akitas, chows, or any mixture of aggressive breeds).
