The Forum is nice.
The staff is nice and take care of issues quickly. Appliances work but need updating. Neighbors are friendly and generally quiet. Parking is easy. Overall the place is nice, but it really needs to be updated and renovated. Some windows do not fit the frames and let in hot/cold air and sometimes water. The electrical system does not

Okay apartment complex in Chesterfield
Forum Apartments is located off of Olive in Chesterfield and boast fairly good floor plans. The downside is that the rent is a bit higher than some of the other places near the area. This is a nice...
