Pet Policy

Fairlane East is a pet-friendly community. We allow up to two pets per home with a 50 lb. weight limit per pet. There is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. There is an additional monthly fee of $30 per pet. Please note that we do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
