I will say, you can't beat the floorplan. It is a nice layout. Why I'm moving out though if that it took 2 months for me to be believed I didn't have consistent running water and then another month and a half for it to be fixed. And that was after all that was being done about the big roach nest under my apartment was spraying the walls. I don't understand why the nest wasn't sought out and why that unit was immediately rented after I moved out instead.
What finally is the nail in the coffin is... that there is some episode in this apartment every two to three weeks. This time was stepping on a glass shard. January was no water AND my balcony locked me out in 26F weather. Some appliances get fixed pretty quickly and the maintenance team is very kind, but it's stressful having it always be something.
