Pet Policy

Maximum of 2 pets per home. Combined weight limit for pets is 60 lbs. The fee is per home. Pet rent for 1 pet is $25 and $10 for 2nd pet. Weight limit is a combined weight per apartment. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid
