Pet Policy

Maximum of 2 pets per home. Dog weight limit is 100 lbs. Additional rent for pets is $25 per month. The one-time pet fee is $300. Maximum combined weight limit of 100 lbs. Fee is per pet. Our pet friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

Directions

The Landmark apartment home community is located in North Raleigh, NC close to Rex Hospital. From I-440 Take the Lake Boone Trail Exit (Exit #5). Go right off the exit (you will see a Starbucks on your right). Landmark will be 1/2 mile on the right, next to Rex Hospital. From I-40 Take Wade Avenue/I-40 to the Blue Ridge exit. Go left off of the exit. The North Carolina Museum of Art will be on your right. Stay on Blue Ridge until you reach Lake Boone Trail, then take a right. Rex Hospital is on your left and so is the entrance to Landmark apartments.
