We realize that pets are important members of your family. We welcome up to 2 pets per home with no weight restrictions and we have a non-refundable pet fee of $300. Our pet rent is $25 per month. We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
