I lived here for a year and loved it! They wouldn't replace the carpet that was very dirty and stained but aside from that, I loved it!

I've lived in KC Loft Space for one year and just signed a lease for the second year. Wanda must be gone....or maybe she changed HER name. My experience has been the following: a.) when there is a problem, they fix it; usually that day or the next day. b.) repair guys are great c.) Lease people go out of you way to help you out.

Avoid KC Loft Space. I am very upset to be writing this review, but it is only fair to warn future tenants. I haven't enjoyed living anywhere as much as I have enjoyed living at the Richards and Conover Lofts. The people, the beautiful brick, and the location are more than anyone could ask for. Had a horrible experience with the Head Leasing Agent, 'Wanda'. Wanda lives in the building and takes it upon herself to have her own parties in the community room. She does not return any phone messages or phone calls. If you need something done in a timely manner you cannot count on her. She was extremely rude and discourteous
The company is terrible. "Josh" must work for the company. Everyone in KC hates KCLoft and Old Town Management. They cannt change their names enough, we are not stupid. These people treat you like trash, the FHA people get treated worse. Im sorry, you down "own" me for the duration of my lease. I had to get a lawyer to get out of $23
