Maximum of 2 pets per home. Dog weight limit is 70 lbs. Additional rent per month for: cats $25; dogs $35. The one-time pet fee for: cats $175; dogs $250. Photo of the pet and a vet letter are required Our Townhomes welcome both cats and dogs less than 70 lbs. The Village accommodates only cats. The Manor welcomes cats and dogs under 40 lbs. Because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid
