Photo of the pet and a vet letter are required The Village accommodates only cats. The Manor welcomes cats and dogs under 40 lbs. Our Townhomes welcome both cats and dogs with no weight limits. Because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid
