Layouts are large, pricing is decent, the workout room and pool are a nice addition. The higher you are, the better, and best is on the east side (great view).
I lived in the Blackberry Point Apartments for about a year and a half. They were brand new when we moved in. They place is fairly well designed and then staff is very helpful. It was a great place to live.
