I've been here for almost a year ...

I've been here for almost a year.Yes, you do have to pay rent on time. Yes, you do have to bother to report your vehicle to the management & get a permit if you don't want to be towed. Garages are for cars, not public storage. The walls are as thin as however loud your neighbor or you are (just like any other apartment complex). This

I have been her

I have been here for two weeks and the only complaint I have is the parking. No assigned spaces so if you come home late you may be hauling your groceries a block.

Overall a great place to live.

Overall a great place to live. The family that used to live above us was a bunch of losers, but they were evicted within two months (pretty fast for an eviction). Other than that, I have never had a problem with any of the other tenants nor with maintenance. Rent is a little expensive but all the decent apartments in Natomas are.
