I have lived here 4 plus years and I rate it high. N T S now owns and are doing a fantastic job. I had two prob lems, leak in kitchen sink and gear stripped in living room blinds. Work order turned in 10:30. am and fixed both by 4:15. New blinds installed. No mess in apt at all. Great communication from office to techies excellen
