Pet Policy

We allow a maximum of 2 cats per household. Please note: No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home. There will be a $400 charge (one-time non refundable fee) for the first pet. Additional $100 (one-time non refundable fee) for a second pet. All one-time pet fees are due within 24 hours of the lease being approved. Monthly Pet Rent is $10 per pet. No aggressive breeds will be allowed.
