Stressful 24/7

Pros: Double overtime Sundays 30min lunches Cons: From day one they put you in a stressful state of mind and if you don't learn your machine with in 30mins they start yelling at you Advice to Management: Great benefits, bonuses suck if your lucky you get 10 buck. HR dept. talks about you behind your back and nothing ever gets fixed

Hot box factor

Pros: Super nice co-workers and double time Sunday Cons: 7 days for life!!! You either work 7days or your fired on the spot Advice to Management: Poor upper management

I just moved into Stoneridge Apartment ...

I just moved into Stoneridge Apartment homes and love everything about it from the friendly, most helpful, nice, patient staff-Charles, Vanessa, and Lori I was ready to move in on my interactions with them alone! I absolutely love my spacious place, the quietness, and how clean the grounds are. The complex is located in a gorgeous ar

Design Engineering, and supporting manager for operations

Pros: Much lateral mobility and freedom to make the call on many of the daily decisions needed. No micromanagement here! Given much responsibility from the get go, and a team of colleagues eager to assist should the need arise. Cons: Europe division taking over the US business; the need to emulate their business model here in the sta

The complex is a small residence ...

The complex is a small residence on top of a hill, so it is quiet since it is located away from the main road. The complex is within walking distance of the Secret Ravine bike trail. Many people in the neighborhood run, walk their dogs, bike, and on the bike trail. The one bedroom apartments are bigger than most. The apartments get a

For an apartment complex in Roseville ...

For an apartment complex in Roseville or rocklin considering all aspects, this place has to be on top. Before moving here 2 months ago I visited about 11 other complexes in the area. Some bad location, some too pricey, pest problems, some no dogs allowed, 1 had a nasty manager, and most of these other places had parking Nazis roaming

Beautiful complex. You can let ...

Beautiful complex. You can let your children go around this small complex and don't feel a bit worried about their safety. The complex is gated. Gate closes after 6. I wish it would be closed at all times since tenants can open gate with either the remote or dialing the number or the tenant to open for them. There is a playground for

Great company to work for

Pros: Positive work culture and atmosphere Cons: No cons to speak of

Good people, questionable company values

Pros: Excellent group of employees from the engineers down to the floor, as well as most managers Cons: Too much upper management, top heavy. The workload is growing while the number of workers is not. A willingness to fire people to meet corporate targets aligned with the bonus structure. Advice to Management: Start listening to you

OK Place to work

Pros: Managment in my department was flexible and easy to work with. Employees in my area got along well together. When the company was run by the founder, he took the time to learn employees names Cons: Too much segmentation between areas. Pay and benefits were below market. Advice to Management: Go back to your roots. Treat your em

Good people in the trenches, upper management too myopic and not enggaed with the bulk of the company.

Pros: Great people, esp. in sales/marketing, engineering, and manufacturing. Good products with an emphasis on quality and innovation. Cons: Upper management is typical stodgy, old boy white mid-west types with no ability to generate passion among the rank and file. Quarterly results to stock holders are all that count. A little too

Limited opportunity for growth development

Pros: SRI has a great senior executive team with strong leadership skills and experience. I was able to learn and gain knowledge while I was employed.  Their salary range tends to be towards mid-range or higher considering the market they are in (Youngstown). The bonus payout tends to be consistent year over year; it is measured off

Good place to start a career

Pros: Good place to gain knowledge and grow as individual and a professional, it has mantained even in the low times in economy. Cons: There are not really cons of my time at Stoneridge, I think maybe more investment in training for their employees.

February 09, 2012

The most I ever learned, the most I ever grew, I looked forward to work ever day.

Pros: The senior management staff was fair but firm. The Director of Operations and Owner Operator would always listen and react in a fair and consistent manner. They always looked first to promote from within. Training and feed back is ongoing and never stops. I was always being challenged to improve. Cons: As always they are a few
