Hibben Ferry is a pet-friendly community. We welcome up to 2 pets per home with a weight restriction of 100 lbs. Our non-refundable pet fee is $300 for each dog or cat, and our monthly rent is $20 per pet. Please note that we do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
