Overall it was a great experience. Front office staffs are so friendly especially Ms Daniella. Maintenance technician are good. Work order are completed by the same day or by next day.

I love my new home. The office staff is excellent on communicating with residents about issues that occur through out the property, from pool repairs, activities like different food truck which is nice. Almost always someone available on site. Because you get to know their faces. And they actually say Good morning. Most of the time I see them.

I have been living at the Broadstone on Medical since 2010 and from the time I walked into the leasing office for the first time, the management and leasing agents/staff have always been extremely helpful, welcoming, professional and kind. The maintenence team is also awesome. They are always working. I never see them doing nothing or congregated together just hanging out unless they are working. All of my encounters with the Management, leasing staff and maintenence staff here at Broadstone on... Medical have always been great and I walk away satisfied. I recommend living here if you're looking for a safe, clean and quiet, friendly community to live. Thank you !
