Pet Policy

Chimney Top realizes that your pets are important members of the family. We welcome up to 2 pets per home with a weight limit of 75lbs. Our non-refundable pet fee is $200 per pet and our monthly pet rent is $15. Please note that we do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
