Pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed our stay at manor suites. Very nice pool.

My husband and I's time at Manor Suites was one we will never forget. Our home had just been foreclosed on and we were basically homeless. We knew a friend that worked at manor who told us about the weekly rates so we gave it a shot. I can't say we were excited to live at a weekly apartment but what other choicses did we have with ou
People are so opinionated on this property. It is an extended stay, not the Ritz or the Four Seasons. So one should be aware of what amenities an extended stay offers (if any at all). And Im not just talking about this particular property. That statement applies to all extended stay properties here in Vegas. With that being said, com
We were at Manor Ssuites before we were able to buy our own home. Great for the price we paid. Glad we met some amazing staff who will remain our friends for the long term.
Like Manor Suites sister property which I have stayed at several times, Manor offers low weekly rates but with a better location. Sportman's is kind of ghetto in comparison with Manor. Manor is right on the strip just down the street actually from the mandalay bay. The amenities are nice, rooms are in fact mostly furnished. I mean th
They offer the best rates on the strip as far as a weekly stay goes. Other hotels compete nightly but don't stay anywhere else if you plan on being in the hotel for more than a week. They have a manager their that was great as well who took care of all my questions and helped me settle in to one of their new rooms. Great guy!
I just stayed there with some buddies of mine for new years eve. It was well worth it. We actually walked to the strip from the hotel which was about 2 miles. We took a cab home by the way. Nice location and very easy to get home even with all the craziness. Rooms were good, service at the front desk was good. Nothing to really compl
My stay at Manor Suites wasn't nearly as bad as some of the others. I was only there for a week though. The service was nice and I actually made a couple friends up front. James Brennan one of the managers was a very nice young man who took great care of me and my family. I wouldn't say they are the nicest rooms in the world but for
I was at their sister property Sportsman's for years. Before I moved into my home I moved to Manor to be closer to my grandkids. The property is nice. The rates are very good just like the other place. I would say it's kept a little nicer and it's not near as big.
Very good location and very good prices. I wouldn't say the place is top of the line or even a 3 star hotel, but I came to Vegas trying to save some money on a room and Manor suites provided just that.
Love my stay at Manor Suites. The service was off the charts great. Whatever I needed they took care of me. I can't say there are many other hotels out there that care about their customers as much as Manor Suites does. It's not the "top of the line" hotel that you might find further south on the strip but it offers great prices, ful
Ehh could be a little cleaner!
My experience with manor suites has always been above average. They offer great rates on fully furnished rooms but their location isn't the best. I mean with such low rates they will attract some unattractive people. I guess the old saying is true. You get what you pay for. I've never had a bad experience with people there but I have
We stayed there about 3 months ago while we were searching for a home to purchase. My husband and I found it to be very interesting. The service at the front desk was exceptional. It was nice to have a fully furnished suite where we didn't have to eat out every single night. We still had to have the essentials like pots and pans but
The service made up for the strange quests and below average rooms. They bent over backwards for us. More so than any other hotel has for me in the past. I am still blown away. I would of given this place two stars if it wasn't for James who took very good care of us!
Let's see. Manor Suites was calm, relaxing, and well priced. It is by no means a luxury hotel by any stretch of the imagination. Manor is a nice little hotel just off the strip with a friendly staff and incredible location tucked in between two major shopping centers.
We got this hotel because we had my mother-in-law with us to take care of our kids while my husband and I took a course in Vegas. We needed a place with a few rooms and were wanting the option of cooking our own food. I expected this to be similar to an extended stay and I guess that it...
I stayed there last year around this time and didn't run in to any problems. In fact the negative reviews I have seen are baffling. I mean what do you people expect. It's a low cost, extended stay, hotel. You get what you pay for. What I got was good customer service, a decent rooms, very good location, and low rates. That's all I co
I know of the reviews but we are staying here as a transition in our move to Vegas....we have had no problems with the facility or with staff. We have met a few nice neighbors. And yes for us very convenient.
I had a bunch of friends come in for New Years and we ended up staying at Manor Suites. It's walking distance to the heart of the strip (although we took a cab because it was cold) but it just made things so much easier being that close. It was also nice that they have stoves and a refrigerator. We stayed there for 3 days and didn't
My experience with Manor Suites was a little better than the previous reviews. Our room was a newer one that I think they had just fixed up. The prices were very very good especially for a room on the strip. I knew going in that this wasn't going to be a 5 start hotel. Not even a 4 star hotel. I just needed a place close to the strip
Better than their sister property Sportsman's by far. A little more expensive but they are on the strip with a great location.
Stay here if you just need a room on the strip for cheap. Good access to the downtown and close to the 15 and 215. Also about 5 minutes from the airport.
Really enjoyed this place, cheap with a nice location with easy access on and off the strip. Rooms were pretty nice, pool was awesome, service was good, and the prices were excellent! I will admit that we weren't in our rooms very often because we were out walking the strip or seeing a show but when we were around, it wasn't bad at a
Nicer than Sportsman's for sure. Not in a bad area. Still some strange folks around but they do offer some very competitive prices for being on the strip (just down the street from the Mandalay Bay). Rooms were above average. Got to see their newly remodeled rooms which looks great.
You stay at places like these for low rates and nothing else. The rooms won't blow you away, the TV is super old, the wifi ain't all that, but the pool is pretty nice and the weekly rates are very good especially if you want to stay on the strip.
I had no idea this was the sister property of Sportmans until I had some friends come in to town. They stayed here for a weekend. I got to hang out over there a few times and it was a ton nicer than Sportmans. They really keep the pool looking nice. The rooms were decent too. We got a chance to see the newly remodeled rooms which loo
Stayed there years ago before we moved to Vegas. It wasn't the greatest but it was far from the worst place we've ever stayed. We weren't in our room very much so the price was nice if you just need a place to lay your head. If you're looking to hangout at this hotel all day, I would say go somewhere else, but it's Vegas, you shouldn
Bad internet service
Exactly what I expected. Low rates with a little above average rooms. The service was decent but what do you expect this place to be? High class? No way! You get what you pay for with Manor Suites.
Wasn't in my room much while in Vegas but the rooms were nice and the price was right while we were there.
Was just there. Stayed there august 9, 10, 11 with some friends. Good rates. Rooms weren t bad. Pool was nice. We didn t use the room much except to sleep.
Cheap, stayed in a new room, service was good, not a bad location either. The only problem I had was with some noisy tenants but I guess that's what I get for staying on the strip which I wanted to do anyways.
Just got done staying here and it was nice. Nicer than their sister property Sportsmans for sure. The rooms were decent and fully furnished. The tenants were pretty cool and the service was fine. I also had a chance to enjoy the pool which was actually surprisingly nice! I had read mixed reviews about this place but was glad things w
My wife and I stayed at Manor for a couple of weeks while our house was being worked on. It wasn't our first choice by and stretch but things went well and the weekly rates were very nice. Plus they the room was fully furnished with stove, fridge, sink, and more. The pool was nice and they had on site washers and dryers. There were s
Stayed there for the 4th of July weekend. Wasn t in my room much but they were nice and the price was very good. That s about it.
We ve stayed at Manor Suites a few times. I can t recall having any major problems. The rates are very good plus the rooms are fully furnished which means we can make our own breakfast for cheaper than going out (and use the money we saved on gambling). The pool is nice and never overcrowded.
Prices were great. My husband and I saved money by staying there and we spent it on other Vegas activities. Pool was nice, rooms were about what we expected. They were clean but older looking.
Stayed here a few weeks back with my wife and two boys. It saved us some money and we still got to see Las Vegas Blvd even though we weren't in the middle of it. My wife enjoyed the outlets next door. Manor Suites isn't a 4 star hotel (not even a 2 or 3), but it got the job done.
Went to Las Vegas on vacation a few weeks ago with some friends. Stayed at Manor and all went well. We weren't in our room too much but when we were things were fine. Room was decent, it was nice having a fully furnished room for breakfast. We took a cab too and from the strip which was only a few minutes away.
My boyfriend and I stayed here New Year's Eve. Even on a busy day the prices were reasonable. I believe that the motel is generally used as a long stay motel. Has full sized refridgerator, stove, microwave, and sink. Small breakfast nook and a living area plus bathroom and bed room.Far enough from the strip you are away from...
Just spent Thanksgiving weekend in Vegas. We stayed at Manor Suites which was different but saved us a lot of cash. We usually stay at the MGM or Mandalay Bay but we thought what the heck we won't ...
Nice place, very good prices, decent location, service was fine. That s about all you need to know. I would stay there again.
it was ok
great place, but no casino on site
Rooms are alright, staff can be kind of tough to deal with, but the prices are unbeatable. As long as I have a bed to sleep on for very good prices, I'm happy!
Comfortable, affordable, good customer service, great location!
Not a bad place at all. I wasn t looking for a grand hotel, I was just looking for a place to lay my head at occassionally after I got done exploring the strip. It was close not only to Mandalay Bay but right across the street from a place called Town Square which had some awesome shops. The service at Manor Suites was above average,
What drew me in were the rates. I was barely there because I was hanging out on the strip which wasn't too far away. I would definately stay there again and so would the guys I went with.
I have nothing bad to say about Manor Suites. The prices were fantastic and the location was in the middle of everything. Plus I wasn t there to much because I was out walking the strip. Pretty much just slept there and then went back out again.
could not stay here as they do not make reservations this could be good for the locals but bad for travelers cant leave a good rating due to this but cant leave a bad rating because i dont know if its truly bad
They've really cleaned this place up. I stayed here nearly 4 years ago and it was a dump. I swore I would never spend another night in that "hell hole". Well fast forward 4 years and I had some ... Liked: Rooms, Location
Some of the best rates on the strip and a great location caught my eye. My family and I stayed here for a few days on vacation about a month ago. It wasn't bad at all.
Had a nice time. My husband and I stayed here with a few friends who came in from out of town. We got to walk the strip and hit up a couple places we've never been before (Town Square being one of them). The staff was pretty cool with no big problems to report. The rooms are average but they got the job done. Would we stay here a
Enjoyed the rates, the service, the pool (heated), and the location (near everything).Disliked the rooms which were kind of old. The price and location was amazing so I would stay again. The rooms like I said were dated but it comes with the price I guess.

I stayed here when I first moved to Vegas. It was affordable and the service was pretty good. Manor Suites won't blow you away, but it won't drain your pocket either. I would stay again.

Oh course what caught our eyes with Manor Suites was the price. When we finally got there the service was outstanding. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars was because our microwave cut out on us. My husband got a chance to visit Town Square which was right across the street!!!
Staying there right now for the week of thanksgiving. Enjoying it so far. I found them on facebook and decided to check them out. They really do have a cool locations. The kids loved Town Square (right across the street). If anything bad happens we will come edit this review :)
I only stayed there for a night but the price was great and the service was even better.
Very nice place. Only disappointment was internet service was slower than dial-up!
Manor Suites location is what attracted me and my family. It's right down the street from the strip and right across the street from Town Square. Plus the Giant Outlet Mall is just south. Also you can't beat the prices. We will be back :)
I will be short and sweet. I enjoyed my stay here Pro's: Rates, Location, Pool, Service Con's: Rooms kind of old (but okay), Internet was slow Honestly, for the price it's well worth it!!!!
For started I wanted to give Manor Suites 4.5 stars. Now that that's out of the way I can write my review. Manor Suites isn't upscale at all, but what it lacks in style it makes up with location and price. The rooms were nice, very roomy, but not modern to say the least. The pool was very nice and the service was great. The location
I loved my stay there. I read the review about the gypsies, and prostitutes and I must say I didn't see any sign of that, lol. I guess they have changed since that review has been written. Any ways, my stay was comfortable, relaxing, and cheap! I will be back for sure.
I have lived here for almost a year now. I have to say over all its a great place to stay. Pros- The manager and office staff are great . Every time I see the manager she stops and says hi . Always asks how things are going on a personal level and for the hotel. Laundry room is large and I have never had a machine eat my change. Fr

I HIGHLY recommend the Manor Suites located at 7230 Las Vegas Blvd South (----) for any traveler wishing to stay at least a week to several months (this includes business travelers). The property is only 3 years old so the REAL tile and carpeting within the rooms seem like new. The single bedroom suites are close to 600 sq ft...
