Infestation going on for years

Moved in May 15. Saw roaches within the first week and checked google reviews, turns out it’s been ongoing for years. Pest control was scheduled and never showed. Multiple emails about the issue and concession request went unanswered. Gym and pool access doors also don’t work consistently. Please take your money elsewhere they don’t deserve new tenants

I'm so happy living here, it's really a great spot! All the people I've met seem to be helpful. The maintenance workers are the absolute best! They actually make me smile when they're here. I also like how they always clean up after they fix or replace or repair. They are really kind Gentleman who do a wonderful job!

Don't live here

Lived here for a year, worst experience I've had.
Don't let the reviews mislead you. Most are left by people who just toured and never experienced what it's actually like to live here.
I lived on the second floor. The third-floor neighbors were absolutely the worst, loud and rambunctious at all hours of the night. We complained to management six or more times and got nowhere. The next-door neighbors constantly left poop and trash outside their unit, which also never got addressed. On top of that...
, the unit below us had ongoing domestic violence disputes.
My car was broken into. The gate is almost always left open, so don't count on security. There are raccoons and pests, and the ducks will poop all over your car. The gym is not air conditioned, unusable in the heat. The pool may be open for two months out of the entire year, so don't expect much from the amenities.
Management is disorganized and unresponsive. They came knocking on my door for rent I had already paid and set up for move-out, then sent me a bill for double the amount owed. If you're familiar with Greystar-managed properties, you already know they don't genuinely care about residents or their circumstances.
I moved out two months ago and my account still shows a balance that I've already paid, with no clear explanation or resolution.
Avoid this place.

Poor Management

I would strongly caution anyone considering living here. My experience at this complex was extremely frustrating due to ongoing safety concerns and consistently poor management.
