Afterwards, straighten your cables and gather them together to run through the cord cover base, and once complete, snap the front cover onto the cord cover base. The final step is to paint the cord cover base and molding to match the color of your walls. An important point for renters: there are many landlords who would not allow the invasive installation of mounting and cutting holes. So be sure to contact your community managers before taking on this project!
