Beer+Cheese=A Dip Made for Tailgating

What could scream football and tailgate more than a beer and cheese DIP!  Two great American icons combined to make the ultimate tailgating dip.

 

Beer Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 – 8oz packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup beer
  • 1 envelope Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Beat the first three ingredients until well blended.
  2. Stir in cheddar cheese by hand.
  3. if dip is too thick, add a little more beer to thin it down
