Mango Salsa

What a better way to ring in the warmer weather than with a fruit salsa? Mango blends terrific with other fruits and vegetables, as well as meats and sauces. Follow this recipe below and enjoy!

 

 

What you will need:

 

  • 1 mango – peeled, seeded and chopped

 

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper

 

  • 1 green onion, chopped

 

  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

 

  • 1 fresh jalapeno chile pepper, finely chopped

 

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

 

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

 

 

Instructions:

 

Mix all chopped ingredients well. Refrigerate until it’s time to serve.

 

 

This recipe couldn’t be any simpler. Use it to top fish tacos, chicken, or eat it alone with chips or pita bread. This recipe can be used at parties, summer gatherings or events, too. Mango salsa is portable and the perfect addition to your spring and summer diet!
