Finding a new place to call ‘home’ just got easier. There are a lot of options to choose from, so it is valuable to think about which amenities and features are must-haves before you begin your search. However, you need to be realistic – you may have to compromise on certain things in order to find the perfect apartment that fits your lifestyle! Since you’ll likely explore multiple communities during your search, it can be useful to take notes in order to remember which places you liked best. Use this helpful checklist to easily keep track of information about each apartment that you visit. Comparing your checklists from each property will help narrow down your choices in order to find the right apartment for you.

I’m very interested in the apartment hunting checklist. However it’s too blurry no matter how I display it. Magnify etc.

Is this available on a website perhaps?

I must revamp my parameters about possible apt rentals. I’m on a fixed income and can’t pay more than $800 a month in rent, plus utilities. Please stop sending info for units more than that. Thank you.
