Very Good Service

Want to give a High 5 to Berdie and Chrissy for their quick, excellent service assisting me with my policy issue. they did all the work for me. I've been here since 2010 and the last professional person I dealt with was with Aimco and that was around 2012. It's hard to find good customer service nowadays. Thanks Ladies !!!!!

Great Property, Even Better Staff!

I have lived at multiple apartment communities and this is hands down one of the best property management teams I have ever dealt with. Always willing to help and go the extra mile helping in anyway they can!

Absolutely beautiful community as well! 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent Customer Services

I had a really great experience with the lady that work there. I believe her name is Berdie. She was kind,respectful, and easy to work with. Her positive attitude made everything so perfect. I truly appreciate the help she provided.

Evergreen Park has new managment

This community is now running under new owners and new property management. Staff is working on correct issues created by old owners and old management. Things at the community are changing for the better!
