I wish there was a zero, for the rating or anything lower than the zero. the worst residential property I have ever lived in my entire life, They literally trap you and make you stuck for the whole year. The maintenance is worse, had the sink clogged problem since day one, had to live out of my place for more than a month and paid them a rent for not living in the apartment since they were working to fix the sink they ripped the kitchen apart and it took more than a month to get the kitchen... fixed. After few days same thing happened called the maintenance multiple times. The dryer which is in the lease never worked from day one they replaced the dryer but it had the same problem I used to run the cycle for two hour to dry the clothes. It will still not dry. And the kitchen floor missing part is still there. It never got fixed my guest tripped over so many times. I complained to maintenance 100 times about those issues they never took care of any. Maintenance never comes on time. They are only be friendly until you done the contract later they don’t even listen. They something else gave us something else.

No one answers i need information on my application and no one replies to me.

This place is the worst they don't care about you. it's all about money. the day I was to move in.my apt was not ready. I had to pay for a hotel and pay extra to keep uhaul over night because my stuff was packed in uhaul. I was told come back tomorrow at 1pm I was told I only pay gas for stove and dryer. I received a high gas bill called gas co I was informed I was paying for hot water and heat. I was told by office my heat was electric. which wasn't true. my electric was low bill. I was never... told I had to pay hot water. my toilet don't flush. call maintenance waited for 3 wks they still didn't fix it correctly. it still don't flush. I have to take top off and manually flush it it's a big hole where the washing machine hooks up. office staff is rude. they make it obvious they could care less. I am a cancer patient I need not to stress and I was homeless I though I found my dream home. Wrong!!!! Do yourself a favor. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Read More

I only gave this complex 2 stars because they are very spacious. I have lived there for 1.5 years and I still have issues that I called maintenance about the week I moved in. I continued to call weekly, and sometimes twice a week, but some of these issues never got resolved. I lived in a downstairs unit and had a lot of issues with bugs and rodents. I was also misinformed when I was speaking with the leasing agent who moved us in. I was told that we would only be responsible for paying gas and... electric. We were actually responsible for gas, electric, and water. In my opinion the price isn't worth the level of service, or lack there of. Read More

I really liked the apartment layout and great location. It was really nice. If I had charged the mice and the huge roaches I found in this place I wanted to call home, perhaps I could have gotten my central air fixed.

Price: The price may seem ok, but renter beware.

Roaches: The complex did send out an exterminator, but with a complex this big, it's next to impossible to eradicate them.

Mice: Expect to see them coming in from the cold and preping for fall. I had bags of sunflower seed and... crutons on my baking shelves the mice ate through. I had to keep everything in rubbermaid containers.

Centrail Air: I almost suffered from heat stroke because of the warm air coming from the AC. After I had to buy a $300 portable air conditioner, I looked around the complex and noticed all of the window fans and window AC units. Too hot to have your windows open in the summer.
