Insanely long time to get added onto an existing lease. The community is very nice with good amenities including the pool, gym, and clubhouse.

For the amount of rent that is paid monthly vs the energy costs associated with gapped doors and 30 yr. Windows. That are literally falling out. Does not feel worth the cost of rent. Not to mention we moved into mold issues and no one has yet to have ducts cleaned…

Kudos to Brian (maintenance) for the wonderful job he has done since arriving at the Orchard. Our maintenance requests have been addressed in a timely fashion, finished correctly and Brian always follows up to be sure his solutions are satisfactory.

The office staff is friendly when I have spoken with them. One suggestion for improvement in the community is regarding trash that has blown around the property. More attention needs to be paid to the pond area between the buildings because debris can be seen in the water in multiple areas. Also regarding trash pickup, more dumpsters need to be added or larger dumpsters need to be installed because they are frequently overflowing.

Brian in maintenance is friendly and responsive to our work...
order requests. We are happy to work with him when there is an issue!
