Poor Management Overshadows Any Positives
I have been a resident here for over seven years, and my experience with property management—particularly with Lindha—has been consistently disappointing.
Throughout my time as a tenant, I have found her to be unhelpful, unresponsive, and unnecessarily combative when addressing resident concerns. Rather than working collaboratively to find solutions, interactions often feel adversarial. As a property manager, her role should include supporting tenants and resolving issues, but that has not been... my experience.
There have been several serious concerns during my tenancy. Management lost track of my rent check, yet it was ultimately cashed, and I have still not received satisfactory clarification regarding where the payment was processed. When I requested contact information for a supervisor or someone higher within Addison Towers LLC to help resolve the matter, I was told there was no other point of contact available.
In addition, the property has ongoing issues with mice, rodents, and roaches. Parking has also been a significant frustration. I was repeatedly told I was on a waiting list for over two years, yet parking appeared to be offered to new tenants before long-term residents. I have also been charged fees without prior notification or adequate explanation.
Another recurring issue is that both tenants on the lease were not granted access to Tenant Web Pay, preventing me from reviewing account statements and contributing to avoidable late fees. Attempts to obtain clarification regarding charges and account discrepancies have been met with little assistance.
I have also found that maintenance concerns and resident requests are frequently disregarded or delayed. On multiple occasions, I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed professionally.
As a long-term resident, I expected a higher standard of communication, transparency, and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling unsupported and frustrated. I was once considering recommending this property to others, but based on my experiences, I can no longer do so.
I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works toward improving communication, accountability, and the overall tenant experience.
