Maintenance team
I wanted to give a shout out to Luis M. from maintenance team. A few weeks ago our washer started acting up, placed a work order later in the afternoon, thinking they would show up the next day. Luis showed up same day, and immediately knew what the issue with the washer was. He also switched one of the door knobs that was getting stuck. Luis was very respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Also bilingual which helps those tenants who don’t speak English as a first language. Keep up the great... work.

Mantenimiento
El personal de mantenimiento Yosvanis vino inmediatamente y realizó la respectiva revisión y destapó la tapa de aire acondicionado y saco toda el agua y destapó la línea que estaba tapada y aspiro toda el agua y el servicio fue rápido y muy bueno el señor aclaro todas mis dudas y es muy amable y atento y resolvió todos los problemas
