Worst leasing staff and poor maintenance
I am a resident here. The elevators won’t work properly. Also the water supply to the building is inconsistent, sometimes they gonna turn off the water supply and then inform the residents about the water shut off. Also they scammed me by charging 150 dollar for trash.they inform you the timing for the trash pick up and they will not remove it, later they gonna charge residents fine for keeping the trash after the specified time. If they picked it up on time then there will be no trash outside... .also the leasing office people will not give option to opt out from trash service so they can charge residents the maintenance money and fine for their fault.

Regarding valet trash, please make sure to contact Valet Trash directly if your trash is not being collected during the scheduled pickup times.... Residents may also use the trash rooms located on each floor at any time to avoid missed pickups or potential fines.
We understand your concerns about communication surrounding water shutoffs and service-related charges, and we are actively working to improve both communication and operational consistency. Your feedback about the trash service fees and opt-out concerns has also been noted and shared with management for review.
