| We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We accept cats and dogs with no weight limit. The pet fee is $200 per pet up to 45 lbs, and $400 per pet for pets above 45 lbs. There is an additional monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. We are pet friendly however; we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Akita, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Presa Canario, and Wolf Hybrid.

From Interstate 75 take Highway 60 Brandon Blvd, turn right heading south on Falkenburg Road. We are on the right less than 1/4 mile immediately after County Inn Suites and Spring Hill Suits Marriott. Take a right after the Pediatric Specialty Center.
